Delivery Areas

We currently offer shipping to all major cities and towns in Pakistan. However, some remote areas may not be serviced by our shipping partners

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000. For orders below PKR 3,000, a flat shipping fee of PKR 100 will be charged.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, except for weekends and public holidays. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping address and the availability of the product. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of checkout.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with reliable and trusted shipping partners to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Our shipping partners include PostEx, Leopard Courier, and Pakistan Post.

Tracking Your Order

We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your order on the shipping partner's website or through our website.

Non-Delivery of Orders

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at hello@opticsinsight.com.  We will investigate the matter with our shipping partner and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.

Cancellation of Orders

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement except prescription lens. After that, cancellation will not be possible as the order will have been processed for shipping.

For cancellation of Prescription lens, the cancellation has to be made before start of next day as the prescription lenses are produced everyday for the order received on the day earlier.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference. However, we do not accept returns for any other reason.

International Shipping

For international shipping, our team will contact you for confirmation on delivery charges and upon receipt of those charges, we shall be able to ship the product to your desired destination.
